James Fedigan

Born and raised here in metro Atlanta, James grew up in Gwinnett County, and has lived downtown since 1999.  He's had an eye for Real Estate for some time, having helped friends find gems in some great neighborhoods, which led to him purchasing his first house in Ormewood Park when he was 25 years old.

James spent 13 years in the healthcare industry working at Emory University Hospital & Clinics, while also attending class there with a focus on music.  As a lifelong musician, James plays many different instruments, and has toured extensively playing in front of crowds the world over.  He has also trained under a James Beard awarded chef for several years, and spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

James approaches Real Estate with a vast experience interacting with people in demanding, high paced environments, and aims to make the process fun, and as stress free as can be.  Originally brought on as a dedicated showing assistant by JLG, James has shown hundreds of houses to buyers all over Georgia and relishes in the joy of helping them secure big wins.  In his free time, you'll find him hiking on a trail through the woods with his wife Nicky, their son Ryder, and their dog named Goose.
