There is a growing segment in our industry that demands a higher quality, more sustainable home. In the southeast The EarthCraft program is a green building certification that provides a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduce utility bills and protect the environment.

This week on the Landis Look, Justin sat down with a talented local builder, Dan Souther of Round Here Renovations, to get an inside scoop on everything you should know about high performance EarthCraft Certified homes. Justin and Dan are on location in The City of Decatur, where this certification is a requirement for all new construction homes.
